Ed is also an active consulting partner with Excellent Cultures, helping clients assess and transform their corporate culture.
Ed has led large operations for companies such as Hewlett Packard and has started several consulting practices in the US and Latin America for various companies. Ed has worked with clients of all sizes from fortune 200 companies, family run businesses and start-ups.
